RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Cosmior, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for your convenience.
Returns:
      • Time Frame: You may return unworn and unwashed items within 3 days of receiving your order.
      • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
      • Process:
        1.  Contact our customer service at hello@cosmior.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return in your message. 
        2.  Once approved, securely pack the item(s) and include a copy of the original packing slip.
      • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week of receiving the returned item.
    Exchange:
        • Time Frame: You may exchange an item within 3 days of receiving your order.                                                      
        • Eligibility: To be eligible for a exchange, items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
        • Process:
          1. Contact our customer service at hello@cosmior.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return in your message. 
          2. Once approved, securely pack the item(s) and include a copy of the original packing slip.
          3. A new item will be shipped upon receiving the returned product.
